A collective of São Paulo based architects (Alexandre Hepner, Denis Cossia, João Paulo Payar, Rafael Brych, Ricardo Gonçalves, and environmental design consultant Ricardo Messano) have proposed the Paineiras Hotel complex, a project that seeks to harmonize with the existing context without denying a contemporary character.
